The most common acidic substances used for an acid rinse are vinegar (especially apple cider vinegar) or lemon juice because they contain natural acids.
The acid rinse can add shine and remove residue. We always recommend the acid rinse, although it is not absolutely necessary. You can read more about it here .
Of course, you can also use hair soap as a body soap. However, it is important to note that hair soaps are generally more moisturizing than body soaps and can therefore leave an oilier residue on the skin. If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, it may therefore be more sensible to use a special body soap that has been formulated for your skin needs.
These hair soaps are not coloring soaps.
The hair soaps for oily hair have superfat level of 4%. Oily hair needs a hair soap with a low superfat level. The hair soaps for normal hair are superfatted with 8%. The pH value of these hair soaps is 9.5.
Hair soaps differ from conventional solid shampoos because they do not contain synthetic surfactants that can degrease and dry out the hair. Instead, they contain natural oils and fats that gently cleanse and condition the hair.
If you use the hair soap 5 times a week. It will last about 3 months, depending on how long your hair is.
You won't find any silicones, parabens, sulfates, microplastics, mineral oils or palm oil in our formula.
